Rama Phosphates acquires land and capital investment for new plant

Rama Phosphates has acquired land with an area of ​​210377 Sq. Monts. (51.98 Acres) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Nardana Industrial Zone, Dhule District which is bordered by Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat State and capital investment for the whole of the project would be in phase.

Further, at this connection, the company secured consent to establish Phase I from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to manufacture Unique Super Phosphate (SSP) including zinc and boranium fertilizers enriched with capacity of 216,000 MTPA and a sulfuric acid plant with a capacity of 90,000 MTPA and the capital investment of the Phase I project is Rs. 48,954 crores.



The company is in an advanced stage of finalizing the plant and machinery and therefore the company aims to start production by the end of fiscal year 2023.
