SB CAPITAL Investment Corp. has obtained stock exchange approval for its application for accreditation to issue fairness opinions and valuation reports of listed companies and potential IPOs.
“A fairness opinion submitted to the exchange as part of a listing application must be issued by an independent company duly registered or approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission and accredited by the exchange,” the Exchange said on Wednesday. Philippines in a flyer.
The validity period of business accreditation has been limited to one year to allow the exchange to annually confirm the capacity and suitability of the accredited business.
The firm’s approval will be effective for a period of one year from the date of the memorandum issued.
