Texas Capital Bank Consolidates Richardson Office Workers to New Location

Texas Capital Bancshares Inc. is consolidating some of its Dallas-area offices to a new location in Richardson.

Texas Capital Bank’s parent company plans to move employees from its Richardson operations center to part of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas headquarters campus on U.S. Highway 75.

The bank signed a long-term lease for four floors of the Blue Cross building at 1001 E. Lookout Drive.

Texas Capital Bank has employees in two nearby buildings.

“As we aim to be the employer of choice for those interested in developing their careers in financial services and technology, this workspace allows us to provide premium accommodations for our hardworking and talented teams,” John Cummings, Texas Capital The bank’s executive vice president and chief administrative officer said in a statement.

The bank plans to move into the new premises at the end of next year.

Texas Capital Bank‘s headquarters will remain on McKinney Avenue in downtown Dallas.

The Medicare campus comprises two buildings on the east side of US 75 near Campbell Road.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas headquarters opened in 2010 with over 1 million square feet of space.

“We are delighted to welcome Texas Capital Bank as a long-term tenant of our Richardson office,” James “Jim” Springfield, president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, said in a statement.

Texas Capital Bank was founded in 1998 and has offices in the Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth area.

The bank lease is one of the largest such deals in the Richardson Telecom Corridor so far in 2022.
