Texas Capital Bank will move

DALLAS, June 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank (“the Bank”), today announced that it will relocate and consolidate its offices from Richardson , Texas, and banking center to a new campus by Q4 2023.

Texas Capital Bank has signed a 15-year lease with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) and will occupy four floors in one of its Texas headquarters buildings located on its campus at 1001 East Lookout Drive in Richardson. In line with the Bank’s overall strategy, the decision to relocate and consolidate its real estate portfolio reflects its commitment to serve the best clients by being present in key market locations.

New location provides Texas Capital Bank with the capacity and upgrades needed for its technology and operations teams to work comfortably and collaboratively as departments continue to grow and meet the changing needs of the Bank’s customers .

The 1.05 million square foot BCBSTX campus, located southeast of the Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike, opened in 2010 and includes two buildings, multi-story parking and a host of amenities, including an on-site cafeteria, a conference center equipped with 15 meeting rooms, an auditorium that can accommodate 300 people and a full fitness center including a private dance studio and locker rooms. Texas Capital Bank has begun designing and programming its North Dallas campus to meet the future needs of its employees and customers.
